- Report the existence of the Bare Trust to HMRC and obtain a letter confirming that no Trust Return is required and that all income should be recorded on a Personal Return – this is useful for Tax Credit claims
- Register you for Personal Self-Assessment Returns
- Issue an annual tax questionnaire to establish income received outside of Trust assets and investments
- Liaise with your IFA for an annual tax pack
- Prepare the Self-Assessment Return for your approval
- Submit the Return online to HMRC
- Advise on tax payable / repayable and send appropriate reminders regarding payment
- Deal with any allied correspondence
